Overhead protection walkway installation for Milton S. Eisenhower Library renovation

As part of the ongoing Milton S. Eisenhower Library (MSEL) renovation project, overhead protection will be installed to provide safe access to the Brody Learning Commons (BLC), Krieger Hall, and Keyser Quad during crane operations. This work will take place Monday, Nov. 25, through Friday, Nov. 29, with no activity scheduled on Thanksgiving Day.

What to Expect:

Pathways remain open: All pedestrian routes will stay accessible.

On-site assistance: An IPS staff member will be present to ensure free and unobstructed access to all locations.

ADA accessibility: A temporary ADA-compliant ramp will be installed at the steps near Krieger Hall for ease of access.

Noise impacts: Minimal noise may occur during the installation of the overhead protection roof.

Duration: The overhead protection will remain in place for the duration of the MSEL renovation project.

We appreciate your patience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to enhance campus facilities while prioritizing safety.
