The experiment will take about two hours, during which you'll complete cognitive effort tasks (n-back memory task) and make choices about how much mental effort you would exert for specified amounts of money. You will be compensated $20 as the initial show-up fee, in addition to earnings from the choices you make during the experiment (up to $24).
