You're invited to participate in a short survey about the future of dining services on our campus. Your input will help Hopkins Dining improve dining options available to the campus community. Please check your JHU email account for a unique link to complete the survey by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3; it should take about 10 minutes to complete.
As an incentive for completing the survey, you will be eligible to participate in a prize drawing for a chance to win a pair of Airpods Max, an iPad Mini, or an Apple Watch. A total of three prizes will be offered.
This survey is being conducted by an independent consultant working on behalf of the university, and the information gathered is solely for internal use. Your identity will remain confidential and will not be linked to your responses. Your responses will not be used for any other purposes. Prize winners will be notified by email after the survey closes.
