Neurologically healthy individuals needed for language research study

The Language Neuromodulation Lab is looking for participants for a research study that investigates the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) in individuals in primary progressive aphasia (PPA). To participate, individuals must be between 50 and 85 years of age, native English speakers, right-handed, and without previous psychological diagnoses/brain trauma. Participation will include a one-hour MRI brain scan at Kennedy Krieger Institute and cognitive and language testing lasting approximately three to four hours.

Study compensation will be $200. In addition, we will share cognitive language performance scores and MRI scans.
