Participants needed for collection of nasal cells

In this study, researchers will measure CFTR function in healthy controls, healthy cystic fibrosis (CF) carriers, and CF carriers with cystic fibrosis-like illness. What is involved? A five-minute nasal brushing performed at the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center, a saliva sample, and a review of your medical history for CF-like illnesses. You must be between 5 and 80 years old.

Participants will be reimbursed for one meal and given a parking sticker. If you are interested in participating, contact Audrey Pion at apion1@jh.edu.
