New changes coming to Levering Kitchens

Hopkins Dining announces the changes coming to Levering Kitchens in fall 2024! From fresh menu concepts to extended hours, here's a look at what guests can expect when they return to campus next year.

Mosaic Global Kitchen

Replacing the current Grill station, this new Mediterranean concept will offer a variety of healthy and flavorful options that feature Halal proteins. This change was made in response to the university's request for additional Halal dining options on campus. Menu options for the station will include Build-Your-Own Bowl (options including Gyro & Shawarma), Grilled Halloumi, Dolmas & more.

The Grill station's last day of service will be on Friday, June 7, and the station will be closed from Monday, June 10, through Friday, June 21, for construction. Mosaic Global Kitchen's grand opening will be on Monday, July 21.

Tossed Kitchen

Replacing the current Fresh and Toastee stations, Tossed Kitchen will feature a build-your-own-salad and artisan bread concept. Guests are invited to choose from a wide array of signature salads and bowls (i.e., Maryland Caesar, Southwest Bowl), toppings, and dressings made from scratch.

Red Lantern Kitchen

Replacing the current Wok station, Red Lantern Kitchen will feature Southeast Asian stir-fry concept. New menu items include Beef & Broccoli, Singapore Street Noodles, and Steamed Dumplings.

Additional Menu Enhancements and Extended Hours

In addition to these new concepts, Levering Taco Kitchen's menu will be updated to include a variety of house-made Sonoran Cheese Crisps. Also starting next year, Levering Kitchens will be open until 9 p.m. with meal exchange options available during dinnertime only.
