Preparing for upcoming university scheduling platform transition

Johns Hopkins will soon be adopting CollegeNet's 25Live academic and event scheduling software as the universitywide platform for managing classroom schedules and the multitude of events that happen across our campuses and other locations. To facilitate this changeover, there will be a brief scheduling pause at the Homewood campus, both for centralized spaces scheduled through Scheduling and Event Services and for general pool classrooms scheduled through the Registrar's Office.

This pause will begin at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 10, and continue until 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 3. To ensure all requests for event spaces between May 11 and June 14 are received and processed in time, please submit any requests for events by 5 p.m. on April 22 and any requests for general pool classroom space by 4 p.m. on May 3.

If you have any questions or should any last-minute space requests come up during the scheduling pause, call Scheduling and Event Services at 410-516-8209 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Additional details on the transition are available in the Hub's coverage. Information about upcoming trainings and other resources will be available soon.
