In this study, we will measure CFTR function in healthy controls, healthy cystic fibrosis carriers, and CF carriers with cystic fibrosis-like illness. What is involved? A five-minute nasal brushing performed at the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center, a blood draw, and a review of your medical history for CF-like illnesses. You must be between 5 and 80 years old.
