About the Hopkins Medicine Distinguished Speaker Series

The Hopkins Medicine Distinguished Speaker Series was established by medical students at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine to expose the student body and the Greater Johns Hopkins community to inspirational and world-renowned thinkers and to new and innovative ideas. Speakers have included Nobel Prize winners, Lasker Award winners, MacArthur "genius award" recipients, and a host of others who have informed and inspired us by sharing their amazing stories and novel ideas.
