JH Global Surgery Symposium, April 6

The Johns Hopkins Center for Global Surgery (formerly JHGSI) would like to formally invite you to our 2024 spring symposium. Titled "Bridging the Knowledge-to-Practice Gap in Global Surgery," it will be hosted on Saturday, April 6, in person at the Armstrong Medical Education Building (with virtual options available for portions of the day). Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided free of cost. Special guest speakers include Dr. Emmanuel Ameh (chief consultant pediatric surgeon at the National Hospital, Abuja, Nigeria), Dr. Sherry Wren (hepatobiliary surgeon and director of Global Surgery at the Stanford Center for Innovation in Global Health), and Dr. Kofi Boahene (ENT surgeon and director of the Division of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins).
