These contact methods are used only for important reasons including account recovery, security concerns, and emergency notifications. At your earliest convenience, log in to https://my.jh.edu/, click your JHED ID in the upper right corner of your screen, and navigate to myProfile. Check that you have a personal email and/or a cellphone number listed. If not, add at least one of these alternate communication methods to myProfile.
