What is this study?
Researchers are conducting a research study to determine whether children with conditions like misophonia learn differently than do children who do not have any psychiatric and/or behavioral concerns.
Who is eligible?
English speakers age 8-17, with or without misophonia who do not take benzodiazepines and do not have audiological impairments
What will participation involve?
- One video-conference interview
- Three in-person visits at Johns Hopkins East Baltimore campus
- Questionnaires
- Free audiological examination
- Play with virtual reality
Participants can earn up to $150.
