The Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute invites you to the 2024 Social Determinants of Health Symposium, Pathways to Health Through Housing. This in-person-only symposium is being held in partnership with the Baltimore City Health Department Local Health Improvement Coalition, with an overarching theme of understanding and building partnerships to promote health and health equity in relation to housing.
The symposium is highly participatory; seats are limited! Registration closes 5 p.m., April 5, or earlier if sold out. Registration (includes lunch and coffee breaks) $20.
