The Initiative for Humanizing Medicine will offer micro grants to support creative projects led by multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experiences across our health system. Funds may be used to support a range of activities or products that enhance patient and family comfort, convenience, communication, information and education, and hopefully the overall patient experience.
