Given by Maria Maroulis, Engr '96, '01 (MS), and dedicated to the memory of her mother, Irini J. Maroulis, this award recognizes a female undergraduate engineering student who best exemplifies Irini Maroulis' dedication to community service and outreach.
For this prestigious award, please nominate Whiting School of Engineering female undergraduate students who plan to be enrolled at Hopkins in the 2024–25 academic year. The award includes a $1,250 cash prize and a $1,000 grant for future outreach.
Nominations must contain the Whiting School student's name, email, major, year, and a brief description of her community service and outreach, including who is served and whether the nominee started the outreach.
