The Initiative for Humanizing Medicine invites submissions for micro grants to Humanize the Patient Experience.
Micro grants will be awarded to support creative projects led by multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experiences across our health system. Funds may be used to support a range of activities or products that enhance patient and family comfort, convenience, communication, information and education, and hopefully the overall patient experience.
