One day left to apply: SOE PhD preparedness program

There is only one day left to apply to PREPPEd, the PhD preparedness program being hosted by the School of Education in the summer of 2024. PREPPEd is for scholars whose research interests fall under the umbrella of ethnic minority studies. This year, scholars will focus on Black mental health in clinical and educational contexts. The program will offer postgraduate scholars and master's students the opportunity to examine Black mental health–related research under the mentorship of a JHU faculty member, participate in workshops to prepare them to pursue a PhD, and build a social network to support them through their PhD journeys.

PREPPEd '24 will take place from June 24 to Aug. 2, and the application deadline is Jan. 5.

Those interested can learn more and apply here. Questions can be directed to PREPPEd@jhu.edu.
