On Tuesday, Feb. 13, from 10 to 11 a.m., the Office of Diversity and Inclusion will offer a virtual session titled Mitigating Unconscious Bias in Hiring. This live, interactive discussion addresses the full cycle of recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring. The discussion will cover patterns of bias and proactive actions to mitigate bias at each step in the hiring process.
