JHU Be Well Together Challenge: Nov. 1-30

We are approaching the end of the first week of the fall Be Well Together Challenge. It is not too late to participate and be entered to win weekly prizes.

How to Participate

You must be a full-time employee, enrolled in your free Burnalong account to participate.

Each week in November, do any of the following on the Burnalong virtual fitness platform to be entered into the weekly prize raffle:

  1. Give a Gift: Add up to 4 free subaccounts to share with family or friends
  2. Get Social: Take live or on-demand classes with family, friends, and co-workers
  3. Get Inspired: View inspiring content from a curated Social Well-Being playlist on ways to be well together

Join the JHU Social Well-Being playlist via this link to access tutorials on how to add subaccounts, take classes with your family/colleagues, and view curated classes to support you.
