All undergraduate students are eligible to register for a B'More course! B'More courses are one-credit courses taught by either a JHU faculty or staff member, and/or a community partner in Baltimore City, designed to introduce Hopkins students to Baltimore's civic, social, and cultural areas through course content and community engagement.
B'More courses follow the theme of the Hopkins Common Question, which poses one big question to the Hopkins community, and inspires reflection, public discourse, and learning through immersion in relevant sources. This year's theme is: What is repair? B'More courses run during the last week of the January Intersession period, Jan. 16-19. Students can begin viewing Intersession courses on SIS on Nov. 20; registration begins Dec. 5.
Learn more about the courses on the program's webpage on the Center for Social Concern website.
