JHU hosts visit of Middle States Commission on Higher Education peer evaluation team

Between Nov. 5 and 8, the university is hosting a Middle States Commission on Higher Education peer evaluation team charged with assessing the university's adherence to the commission's Standards for Accreditation and Requirement for Affiliation. The community is invited to participate in two events.

On Monday, Nov. 6, 4:30-5:15 p.m. EST, the peer evaluation team will host an open community forum. The forum is an opportunity for any member of the Johns Hopkins community to meet with the team to learn more about the role, purpose, and objectives of reaccreditation and to share individual experiences at Johns Hopkins. The forum will take place in person in the Homewood Imagine Center Summit Auditorium with a virtual webinar option.

On Wednesday, Nov. 8, at 10:15 a.m. EST the peer evaluation team will deliver its draft report and findings. The oral exit report will be open to Johns Hopkins University community members who choose to attend in person in the Hodson Hall board room or via Zoom webinar.

The webinar link for both events may be found here.
