Online Annual Enrollment for 2024 university benefits ended on Oct. 31. All full-time benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and LiUNA bargaining unit members will receive a confirmation of their elections by mail in early December.
If you would like to make a correction to your benefit elections, follow the procedure outlined below:
- Email the university Benefits Service Center at email@example.com no later than 12/31/23 with the correction.
- Indicate "2024 Annual Enrollment Correction" in the subject line.
- Include full details of the correction you are requesting, including dependent information.
- You will receive a return email acknowledging receipt of your request.
Please note that changes to your beneficiary elections are not considered an Annual Enrollment correction as this information can be updated online at any time during the year. Go to the myChoices Health & Life Enrollment tab on the Benefits & Worklife homepage. Click on Life Events to start your qualifying event and select Beneficiary Updates.
