Tuesday, Oct. 31, is the last day you will be able to make your benefit elections for 2024.
If you are a faculty or staff member currently enrolled in the EHP Classic Plan or the CareFirst BCBS PPO Plan and you do not select a new medical plan, you will be enrolled automatically in the new CareFirst BCBS Core Plan (at the same level of coverage) for 2024.
If you do not actively enroll in 2024 benefits, your other elections will carry over into the new plan year except for your health care FSA or limited purpose FSA, dependent care FSA, and health savings account contribution. You must also reapply for the child care voucher program and/or scholarship to JHU Partner Centers at this time if you wish to use this benefit in 2024.
Go to the Benefits & Worklife website to access the 2024 annual enrollment information and the benefits enrollment site.
You must click "I Accept" when finished for your annual enrollment elections to be processed. Changes can be made through Oct. 31. The latest submission of elections will become your benefit choices, effective Jan. 1, 2024. Be sure to print a copy of your online confirmation for your records.
