Parking
One of the Zoo's main parking lots has been under construction and will be closed the day of our event. Rest assured, there should still be plenty of parking, and we also have a shuttle option. We would encourage you to shuttle to the event if you will be arriving after noon.
Parking attendants and directional signs will be strategically positioned to guide you where to park, which may include Lot A and Lot C as well as the Mansion House loop. If the weather permits, guests can be directed to park on the grass, which will facilitate even closer access than some of the parking lot and loop spots.
The JH Shuttle will be running every 20 minutes from the front of JH Eastern to the Zoo starting at 10:30 a.m. on the day of the event. There is plenty of parking at Eastern.

Entry
Fall Fest entry tables will be set up at both the Pelican Gate and to the right of the main gate. If you enter through Pelican Gate, you can walk through Main Valley to the event space when you are ready for lunch or take the Zoo Tram up the hill.
Be sure to have your ticket ready to scan.
Other Helpful Tips
- Bring a water bottle—we will have water refill stations!
- The event is rain or shine—we will have tents up if rain is in the forecast
- Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
If you can no longer attend the event, please cancel your tickets so we are able to open up more spots for people on the waitlist.
