Participants age 18-40 without a history of neurological and/or neuropsychiatric disorders are needed to participate in a single-day research study at the Motion Analysis Lab and the Kirby Imaging Center at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, East Baltimore campus. The study, which lasts about 2.5 hours, will use functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to investigate how various incentives can influence decision-making and performance of skilled tasks. Participants will practice a variety of skilled tasks and then perform the tasks to earn monetary rewards in addition to the $50 show-up fee.
Free valet parking to accommodate participants' transportation to the study is available. For further information, contact Aram Kim at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email title "Effort research study."
