Women statistically have more incidence and more severe asthma compared to men. Thus, we are interested in comparing how the cells of asthmatic and healthy people (monocytes and macrophages) respond differentially to asthma-related stimuli and how sex hormones participate in this. We are looking for Asian males age 25-45.
