Register for the Introduction to Clinical Research Summer Course by June 30

ICTR Introduction to Clinical Research Summer Course.

Upon completion, students will be able to:

  • Describe the steps involved in conducting clinical research
  • Review and evaluate the main study designs used in clinical research: case-control, cohort, clinical trials, cross-sectional and meta-analyses
  • Prepare and review a research project

Instructors are Daniel Ford, MD, MPH, director, Johns Hopkins Institute for Clinical and Translational Research at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and Karen Bandeen-Roche, PhD, MS, the Hurley Dorrier Professor in Biostatistics at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Instruction is expected to be offered online via Zoom with some in-person small group sessions.
