Starting Friday, May 12, staff in the Homewood Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment (HCOI) office will be available to answer your questions about the basics of disclosing. This includes who, what, and when to disclose; help navigating the eDisclose system, HCOI training and/or annual certification; and assistance with as many existing disclosures as possible, depending on the complexity. All disclosures are confidential, and we will utilize a waiting room when you log into the meeting, as there may already be someone in the meeting before you.
All academic staff required to report outside activities and financial interests are encouraged to use this time; however, disclosures with financial conflicts of interest under review with the Conflict Review Committee (CRC) are best suited for a planned meeting with the director and/or staff reviewer assigned to your disclosure.
