Join us on May 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Eager Park to celebrate Clinical Trials Day, which commemorates James Lind's first randomized clinical trial in 1747.
The Recruitment Innovation Unit (RIU) at the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) is hosting a Clinical Trials Awareness Day event that is open to the public. The event aims to raise awareness about the significance of clinical trials, disseminate study findings, and encourage participation.
The event presents an excellent opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of researchers and participants in advancing medical knowledge and developing new treatments. The public is welcome to come to the park and enjoy a day dedicated to celebrating clinical trials and Johns Hopkins research.
All Johns Hopkins clinical trial studies can participate in the event for free by reserving a table for May 20. Study teams are encouraged to bring materials explaining their research and any findings they've discovered.
