Individuals enrolled in the study will be separated into two study groups, the treatment group (receiving light therapy) and the control group (not receiving light therapy). Both groups will be administered a short-term memory test during each session, for a total of seven sessions to occur within a span of two to three weeks. Estimated total duration of each session will span between 20 minutes to one hour, depending on the study arm (longer duration of time for those in the treatment group). Location will be in-person for all testing sessions, primarily located in JHU's D.C. campus (Bernstein-Offit Building, 1717 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, D.C. 20036). However, arrangements can be made to meet at the Baltimore campus, if needed.
