Summer at the Peabody Preparatory is now open for enrollment! A wide variety of weeklong programs, group classes, and private lessons offers opportunities for students of all ages to continue—or begin—music and dance training. The summer session begins June 20, and classes tend to fill up early, so be sure to register today!
Private Lessons: The popular six-pack and eight-pack summer lesson packages for instruments and voice are back for students of all ages beginning in June. Both in-person and online lessons are available. We welcome new students and invite you to complete the online inquiry form to initiate the placement process. If you are a continuing student, please confirm your teacher's availability and summer plans prior to completing the online inquiry form for returning students.
Summer Group Classes: Group classes in dance, voice, strings, guitar, chamber music, music, and dance for young children, musicianship, and music theory begin on June 20 and will run for six weeks. Designed for students of all ages and skill levels, group classes are a great way to learn ensemble skills and study with friends.
Summer Programs: The Preparatory's popular weeklong summer programs, intensives, and academies give students the opportunity to focus intently on honing their skills while having fun. Traditional programs in strings, piano, chamber music, and dance are complemented by two cross-departmental offerings: the Peabody Innovation and Music Academy and the Baltimore BeatLab.
Summer is a great time to study music and dance at the Peabody Preparatory, whether you're a beginner, a hobbyist, or pursuing serious study. We hope you will enroll today and look forward to seeing you this summer at the Prep! Visit the Peabody Preparatory website to learn more.
