JHEAP webinar: Healing From Collective Trauma

If you are feeling overwhelmed by the amount of traumatic news we process daily, you are not alone. Exposure to multiple, chronic, and/or prolonged traumatic events—whether experienced directly or indirectly—can take a toll on our psychological and emotional health.

The Johns Hopkins Employee Assistance Program (JHEAP) will be hosting a complimentary webinar, Healing From Collective Trauma, at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22, and again at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 28. This facilitated, hourlong session will address the roots of trauma, how to recognize the effects of trauma, and strategies for healing through resilience.

The same session is being offered twice, so please register for the one with the date and time you prefer.
