Uniting for Entrepreneurship in Maryland is a nonpartisan program that will bring together immigrants and nonimmigrants across ideological, racial, generational, and geographic differences to advance entrepreneurship in three hubs: Baltimore Metro (County and City) area, Prince George's County + Montgomery County, and Talbot County. The Stavros Niarchos Foundation SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins is a supporter of this program.
The goals of the program:
- Build relationships between immigrant and nonimmigrant communities across ideological, racial, generational, and geographic differences
- Take action to support local businesses and entrepreneurs
- Raise awareness of the positive economic contributions of immigrants
