To accommodate the university's Future of Work model and continue to provide superior service, SEAM will offer in-person service five days a week at all three locations.
- East Baltimore, BSPH: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Homewood, Levering Hall: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Washington D.C., SAIS: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
SEAM enhances processes and systems in three areas: student accounts (billing, payments, and refunds), registration, and financial aid, to make it easier for students and families to get their questions answered and transactions completed quickly and accurately.
