"What the world needs now is love!" One of the key ingredients to being successful in life is to embrace love in all its complexity. Interestingly, many of us have never studied love. This seminar will delve into defining, analyzing, and challenging us to love ourselves, others, and our job in a more holistic way.

Love Part 2, Complexities of Love

In Part 2 of this series, we will take a deeper dive into understanding the various levels of love. During this seminar, we will spend some time analyzing our own relationship with love and discussing what it means to have unconditional love. We will discuss the various relationships in our life where it is standard to love unconditionally, no matter the circumstances. To wrap up this seminar, we will spend some time creating our own unique plans for love in our lives.

Loneliness (video available on-demand starting Feb. 21)

Many people will feel lonely at some points in their lives. Although everyone's experience of loneliness will be unique, loneliness is often described as the feeling people get when their need for rewarding social contact and relationships is not met, in quantity and/or quality. In this session, you will learn practical steps on how to overcome loneliness and build better connections with others.
