So many of us begin the year with the best of intentions to "get fit" or "lose weight" and, wow, do we start out strong! However, typically by Feb. 1, those new year's resolutions have become a distant memory! In this Burnalong Café, from noon to 1 p.m. on Dec. 1, we will discuss some of our past resolutions and discover why we may have failed. We will understand that failure is not final but instead is fertilizer for growth allowing us to learn from our previous new year's resolution pitfalls. By the end of the cafe, we will have a plan to start the new year off great and continue to show up, be consistent, and enjoy our wellness journey!
