Eve fell in love with baseball at a young age, but she did not imagine that she would land a high-ranking position in the sport. Rosenbaum was named assistant general manager of the Baltimore Orioles, a role that oversees roster management, transactions, financial planning, and major league operations and administration. She plays a key role in player evaluation and acquisition, while advising and assisting the team's executive leadership in all baseball operations decisions and departmental management.
