Individuals age 18 and older who have a diagnosis of major depressive disorder or bipolar disorder and who have a smartphone are needed to participate in a research study. Participation involves completing surveys through study app and collecting physiological data through provided Oura ring. The study involves four remote visits over three months. Eligible participants will receive $100 in gift cards.
