Movement for Mobility: Breathe, Stretch, and Lengthen

It's time for some self-care with BurnAlong coach Christine Conti in person and virtual from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 28. Expect to relax the mind and gently move the body to improve circulation, blood flow, and flexibility in this 25-minute class. Perfect for every fitness level!
