For this study, you will be asked to attend five in-person study sessions at the Johns Hopkins Bayview campus. At these visits, we will ask you to undergo sensory testing, complete physical function testing, and take the study's medications. Volunteers must have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, be at least 45 years old, and not diagnosed with any other serious medical condition.
