Call for nominations: Cohort XII of the Research Administration Training Program

Nominations are now being accepted for the Research Administration Training Program for Existing Staff, RPES Cohort XII. Apply here.

The Research Administration Training Program for Existing Staff (RPES) provides staff the opportunity to experience four areas of research administration: a Central Research Administration Office, an Academic Research Department, Sponsored Projects Shared Services, and Internal Audits.

Some things to consider before submitting a nomination:

  • The first year of the program requires roughly 1-3 hours a month out of office or on-site.
  • The second-year experience may require one day or more a month. The program requires you to train/shadow remotely with other Hopkins divisions.
  • When nominating, the supervisor of the nominee must commit to the required time out of office.
  • Supervisors are eligible and encouraged to attend any training beneficial for their professional development as well.

Nominations may be completed online. All application materials are due Monday, Oct. 3.
