The Research Administration Training Program for Existing Staff (RPES) provides staff the opportunity to experience four areas of research administration: a Central Research Administration Office, an Academic Research Department, Sponsored Projects Shared Services, and Internal Audits.

Some things to consider before submitting a nomination:
- The first year of the program requires roughly 1-3 hours a month out of office or on-site.
- The second-year experience may require one day or more a month. The program requires you to train/shadow remotely with other Hopkins divisions.
- When nominating, the supervisor of the nominee must commit to the required time out of office.
- Supervisors are eligible and encouraged to attend any training beneficial for their professional development as well.
Nominations may be completed online. All application materials are due Monday, Oct. 3.
