New signage will be installed at the 33rd Street entrance of Scott-Bates Commons (formerly Charles Commons) on Sept. 1 and at the Charles Street entrance to the building on Sept. 2. Each entrance will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the removal of existing signage and the installation of new signage. Entrances will then be open, but work on vinyl lettering on glass doors will continue each day. On both days, the work will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. In the event of an emergency, Allied Security will be present to evacuate occupants.
