May is National Mental Health Awareness Month! Join Rachel Liccardo, LCSW-C and mySupport clinician, from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday, May 20, as she leads the group through a visual journaling exercise to learn new ways to reduce stress, and to help us open up about our experiences and emotions. You will need a piece of paper and something to write with. If you enjoy arts and crafts, feel free to use supplies to make a colorful visual. Artistic ability is not a requirement of this session.
Make your mental well-being a priority. Johns Hopkins' mySupport Employee Assistance Program is here for you and your household family members 24/7, 365 days a year. Call mySupport at 443-997-7000, option #2, for free, confidential help, emotional support, resources, and referrals.
