On Saturday, April 23, through Sunday, April 24, construction activity at the South Power Plant will force the temporary closure of the service road located behind Croft Hall.
Due to the size and weight of the equipment being installed, a large crane will be situated in the roadway that will temporarily block all vehicular traffic from entering and exiting the service road beginning at Croft Hall. The buildings located on the service road that will be impacted are Croft, Maryland, Krieger, Brody-MSEL, and Merrick Barn.
Once the crane is in place it cannot be moved to allow anyone who may have parked along the service road to exit. Please alert any of your staff who may occasionally park overnight along the service road or behind Merrick Barn not to do so on Friday evening April 22.
