Topical tretinoin is often prescribed for photoaging in lighter-skin types. We would like to understand the effects of tretinoin on darker-skin types.

African American healthy adults
Participation Involves
Up to five study visits, photography, topical tretinoin application, and
skin biopsies
Time needed for study
Up to four weeks
