The work is scheduled for Wednesday, March 30, with a rain date of March 31. It is part of the ongoing Garland Hall site conditions assessment and will take place in three locations: the south, west, and north sides of Garland Hall. The Founders Wall, though in the vicinity of the south side location, will not be affected by the work.
For the site plan, go to the March 8 News event webpage on the Johns Hopkins Facilities & Real Estate website. The March 30 schedule specifies that the work will be noisy between 6:15 and 9 a.m. while the 24-by-24-inch openings are being made; the patch work and cleanup will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The work will be completed on March 30, and the barricades that had been erected around each location will be removed on March 31. ADA accessibility will remain open at all times.
