March BurnAlong wellness events

Focus on your health and nutrition this month with two special events from BurnAlong.

BurnAlong is a virtual wellness platform featuring thousands of online classes for all ages, interests, and fitness levels. It is available for free to all university employees. For extra motivation, you can invite up to four family members or friends to join on your account. Find more information on the Physical Fitness webpage of the Benefits & Worklife website.

BurnAlong's March Mania Challenge

The fourth annual BurnAlong March Mania Challenge kicked off yesterday, March 14. Do you have what it takes?

Complete at least 68 total minutes of BurnAlong classes from March 14 to April 4 (one for each of the NCAA March Madness teams competing this month), and you will be invited to join a "Winner's Circle" live event hosted by top BurnAlong instructors. To participate, log in to your free BurnAlong account or register for one on Johns Hopkins' BurnAlong webpage.

BurnAlong Nutrition Month Live event

Join the Burnalong team live for one of its most popular events of the year. At noon tomorrow, March 16, BurnAlong will be hosting its March nutrition event with a panel of experts, ready to answer your burning questions about food, vitamins, weight loss, specialty diets, and more. Register on the event webpage.
