Johns Hopkins researchers need your help! The Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital is conducting a survey to determine the prevalence and effects of virginity testing in the United States and is searching for participants over the age of 18 and living in the U.S. This study is polling both the general population and health care providers to better understand the prevalence and psychosocial impact of virginity testing, as well as to determine the attitudes toward this procedure. The survey is anonymous and takes 5-10 minutes to complete. Please feel free to review the survey study and/or send the survey link to colleagues, friends, and family over 18. The link is below:

Participation in the survey is completely voluntary, and all questions are optional. All data is collected anonymously and de-identified for analysis purposes. This survey has been approved by a Johns Hopkins institutional review board (IRB: 00281681).
