Join Rachel Liccardo, a mySupport clinician, from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, as we take time to reflect on our individual journeys through the pandemic. Liccardo will lead the group through a visual journaling exercise to help us open up about our experiences and emotions. You will need yourself, a piece of paper, and something to write with. If you enjoy arts and crafts, feel free to use supplies to make a colorful visual. Artistic ability is not a requirement of this session.
