Participants age 55+ needed for fMRI study on vision and the brain

The Neuroplasticity and Development Lab is recruiting for an fMRI experiment that investigates the effect of visual developmental experience on the brain. We are looking for participants between the ages of 55 and 70, who have no hearing loss and normal or corrected vision.

Participation includes two sessions totaling up to three hours that compensate up to $90. The first session will take place at the laboratory and involves reading and listening to lists of words and non-words. The second session will take place at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and involves reading and listening to lists of words and non-words in an fMRI scan.
